Product: $150 Fully Custom Merch Design
At The Merch Foundry, we're excited to partner with you to create a design you'll be proud of. This policy outlines our payment, revision, and refund process to ensure a transparent and successful collaboration.
1. Payment
To secure your spot in our design queue and dedicate our creative team to your project, we require the full payment upfront ($150 per design requested). This payment confirms your order and allows us to begin the design process.
2. The "First Look" Guarantee (Our 100% Refund Window)
We want you to be confident in our ability to capture your vision.
- You will receive your first initial concept for each design requested from our design team (typically within 2-3 business days per concept).
- If, upon reviewing the first concept for a specific design, you feel we are not the right fit for that particular design, you may request a full, no-questions-asked refund *for that specific design's $150 fee*.
- This refund guarantee is only valid before any revision rounds have begun for that specific design.
3. The Rework & Refinement Process
This is where we perfect your design(s) together.
- Each custom design project includes three (3) free rounds of revisions *per design*. A "revision round" consists of a list of changes for one design sent in a single communication.
- Once you provide feedback on the first concept for a specific design and we begin its revision process, that design is no longer eligible for the "First Look" refund.
- Additional revision rounds beyond the three free rounds per design can be purchased for a separate fee.
4. Final Approval & File Delivery
- Once you are completely satisfied and give final approval on a specific design, the project for that design is considered complete.
- No refunds can be issued for any reason for a design after its final approval has been given.
- Upon approval, we will package and deliver all high-resolution, production-ready files for the approved design(s).
