This $50 Template Customization service requires 100% payment upfront for the total quantity requested. This payment secures your project(s) in our design queue. Submitting this form sends us the brief, but work officially begins once payment is completed.

2. The Rework Process

Your satisfaction is our goal. This service includes (per template customized):

• Initial Concept: We deliver the first draft of your customized template.
• One (1) Round of Revisions: You get **one** round of minor reworks (e.g., text correction, slight color/placement change) included per template.
• Additional Revisions: Further reworks beyond this single round may be subject to additional fees.

3. Refund Policy

We believe in our work and offer a straightforward policy for this service:

• Money-Back Guarantee: If, after we deliver the initial customized concept for a specific template, you are not satisfied with that concept, you may request a refund *for that specific template's $50 fee*.
• Final Approval: Once you give **Final Approval** on a customized design (via email), the work for that specific template is considered complete. No refunds will be issued for a template after final approval has been given for it.
